Grayling Wireless USA, Inc. is an innovator and integrator of emerging technologies. Grayling was incorporated in July 2001 for the purpose of developing innovative wireless communications solutions for first responders required to wear SCBA (Self Contained Breathing Apparatus). Grayling has since completed acquisitions that enhance our current and future product offerings and we have attracted experts that bring technological and management strength to our group of companies.

Grayling Wireless USA, Inc. (Pink Sheets: GRYW) was initially formed as a private Canadian company in July 2001 for the purpose of developing and commercializing ClearCalm™ Advantage, an innovative safety communications system.

Grayling’s strategic evaluations include acquisitions and mergers that add incremental shareholder value, extend the company’s market share and add to its technical competencies.

Our most recent acquisition provides a U.S. base of operations with the addition of Stone Mountain, Ltd.

Stone Mountain located in Huddleston, Virginia produces high quality rugged and reliable land mobile radio products (LMR). This acquisition provides Grayling with additional technical expertise as well as market knowledge to complement our ClearCalm division.

Grayling will continue to seek out and evaluate growth opportunities that support the operating divisions, which include ClearCalm and Stone Mountain.

Grayling is diligently undertaking compliance with all applicable statutory and filing requirements in order to achieve SEC reporting issuer status and to list GRYW on a more senior U.S. equities trading venue.
