First Production Run of ClearCalm™ Advantage System.

- ClearCalm is emerging from R&D to commercial production –

CALGARY, AB – (October 5, 2006) – Grayling Wireless USA, Inc. (Pink Sheets: GRYW) announced today that the initial production run of the ClearCalm™ Advantage System has been scheduled.

Grayling President Grant Moar stated “The final system configuration and functionality are meeting expectations. The ClearCalm™ Advantage-S is ready for production.”

“We are extremely proud to announce this tremendous milestone. Our company was initially formed five years ago to bring the ClearCalm project to completion and it is particularly gratifying to make this announcement and to express our appreciation to all of the stakeholders who have made this possible” noted Jeff Love CEO. He went on to describe the team who have worked on the project stating “Our technical and marketing staff have worked tirelessly, with passion and commitment to bring this revolutionary product to market. We will take delivery of our first market ready product in approximately eight weeks.
