First Sale of ClearCalm™ Advantage System

CALGARY, AB – (October 31, 2006) – Grayling Wireless USA, Inc. (Pink Sheets: GRYW) announced today the first purchase order for their ClearCalm™ Advantage-S from an industrial customer in Sarnia, Ontario.

Grayling CEO Jeff Love stated; “This first purchase provides Grayling and our ClearCalm™ Advantage-S with third party validation. This first sale is the most important milestone our company has attained. I want to offer my profound appreciation to our Technical and Sales & Marketing teams for their tireless efforts. I also want to offer thanks to all of our shareholders for their support and patience in allowing us to reach this exciting new threshold. We look forward to announcing further sales of ClearCalm toward selling out our first commercial production run with deliveries expected in approximately five to six weeks.”
